The Executive Committee consists of the president, a vice-president and a variable number of deputies. The president is elected for a period of two years. The deputies are elected for a period of one year.
The president may adjust the number of deputies as needed.
Every position of the Executive Committee is determined in a secret ballot held by the representatives (one vote per A-department).
The president must be elected with a majority of at least 50%, which may require several ballots, whereas for the other positions a simple majority is sufficient.
